I worked at IBM as a full stack DevOps software engineer. I built new features for and maintained the Digital Marketplace Storefront and Digital Marketplace Search UI.

UNC-Chapel Hill

While working on my MSIS at UNC-Chapel Hill, I worked as a Research Assistant. Below are some of the projects I worked on during my time at UNC.

Etix

I worked at Etix as the sole front-end engineer from mid-2012 to mid-2013. I did some designing, some usability testing, a whole lot of refactoring of user interface code, and worked a little bit on some Java code in a J2EE web app that ran on Tomcat.

Lowe's Home Improvement

I worked at Lowe's Home Improvement as a front-end developer from 2010 to 2012. I created new landing pages for the site, worked on the home page ocassionally, created bookmarklets for internal use by coworkers, worked on a proof of concept for integrating Flickr photos and Google maps, and mentored other developers. I was part of two different Agile teams at different times while I was there: first, as part of the Cart/Checkout team, and later as part of the Folders & Lists MyLowes team.
